Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, please email orders@saddle-creek.com

We accept returns on the following items: 

• Damaged CDs, LPs (not jackets), and shirts (Damaged media can be returned for the same title only) *
• Unopened CDs and LPs
• Apparel in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, and without a stench

*Please note: We ship vinyl using Frustration Free mailers that have adequate room on each side of the package to prevent dings or seam splits. Unfortunately, these dings can still occur during shipping, especially with USPS Media Mail (free shipping).

Include a note with: 

• Your name and order number
• A note telling us why you are returning the item or what you would like to exchange the item for.
• If you are exchanging, please include money or permission to charge your original method of payment (in US currency) for the return shipping costs based on where you live, as follows:

United States: $4 per shirt, CD, or LP (for Media Mail shipping) and $7 per hoodie
Canada: $14 per shirt or CD CD and $17 per hoodie or LP
Rest of World: $14 per shirt or CD and $23 per hoodie or LP

We will credit your original method of payment less shipping charges. Please note: if we shipped you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping.

We cannot accept refunds/exchanges on digital downloads or gift certificates. All sales final.
