Fire Note Says: More from Tim Kasher's Monogamy sessions. Album Review: Cursive frontman Tim Kasher has a new EP out that contains tracks recorded around the same time of his record released last year titled The Game Of Monogamy (2010). The EP will only be sold on his upcoming tour and online. It's 7 songs have the flavor of The Game Of Monogamy and turn out fairly the same. That means if you enjoyed The Game Of Monogamy then this album is a must. There is nothing new or innovating on this release but with tracks like "No Harmony", Tim Kasher once again proves his vocal strength and increased skills as a performer. The final track is a cover of Azure Ray's "Trees Keep Growing" and under Kasher's intensely strained voice the song soars. At the end of the day you must decide if this bundle is really for you but if you are a fan then Bigamy offers you another 27 minutes of thought proving rock that just wouldn't work behind any other voice and is the perfect extension of Monogamy. Key Tracks: "No Harmony", "Rabbit, Run", "Trees Keep Growing" Bands With Similar Fire: Margot And The Nuclear So And So's Magnolia Electric Co. David Bazan
