Okay, before we start our show, I'd like to take some time out to thank Son, Ambulance's Joe Knapp. First off, although it wasn't super revealing, the interview I did with him got me 25 bucks from my editor at Insound, which I spent on ... I dunno what I spent it on, but I'm sure it had to do with wine, MAX passes, or books. Also, I dubbed a tape of his "Oh Holy Fools" sent it to one Heather Green, formerly of Omaha, now of Santa Monica, soon to be of Alabama, who, in turn, sent me back a burned copy of Commander Venus' first record. Third, the boy's music just keeps getting better. Artistic progression is good and Knapp shows all the signs of a steadily progressing music-man.
