It is easy to say that I don't feel cool enough to be listening to the eloquent harmonies emanating from my speakers when I put this record in. This is the first EP on Saddle Creek for this Athens, GA duet. That is right, a duet of two amazing guitar-picking beautiful-voiced talented ladies by the names of Orenda Fink and Maria Taylor. They also bust out mad tunes as one half of Now It's Overhead, another Saddle Creek band. Most of the six songs on this EP consist of meandering light guitars and voices, accompanied at times with cello, drums and slide guitar. Again, very eloquent. They score even higher on the coolness factor by having the cellist from Nirvana's In Utero lay down some tracks on the opening number "November." We recommend this to all those people looking to mellow out and relax.
